What will my new rear driveshaft length need to be if with a 4x4 ax15 and a dana 44 rear. 2. Can I use my existing flywheel? 3. Can I use my existing clutch master cylinder? 4. What am I looking at as far as wiring goes making the old stuff/new stuff work. 5. Can I use the cherokee x-member and exisiting bolt holes on my MJ? Thanks

  8. Update time. 4x4 swap has begun. Boilermaker located me an AX15 in a local junkyard and I went and pulled it yesterday. I will be going from a 2wd Pukegoat. Questions to follow! here's some pics. :typing:
  9. Guys I'm fixing to take a look at an 88 XJ 5speed 4.0 4wd in my area and wanted help on identifying the transmission. I'm looking to do a 2wd to 4wd swap and need an AX15. I couldnt find any year/model production numbers to determine what it should be and I doubt the owner knows. Is there an identification plate like on the tcase? What should I be looking for? :nuts: Thanks

  13. Those are 96 power doors with the triangles out for paint. And yes its getting the 97+ but the chrome stuff wasnt very good.
  14. Not yet. But I'm at school so itll be a couple weeks before I can go pick it up. Getting close.
  15. Getting it done at Rancourt Paint and Body on 290 in cypress. Used to work there. Not using either bumper, so both are forsale and I'm also losing the hitch setup.
  16. Paint shop. About a week away from getting squirted GM Pewter Metallic.
