I updated my profile so you all know what I really got. Freebies are nice and cheap parts, and projects take forever on low budgets. The wife is getting a bit feedup with it, but she loves her jeep. So she is a bit understanding.

Thanks for the info, I've got an 84' xj doner, for my 89' manche . and the bottom end of the 2.5 in the mj is knocking pretty good, the 2.5 in the xj runs pretty good. Thanks again,

I was wondering if anybody could tell me if the 2.5 blocks are the same from 84' on. Also if the haeds are set up any different. Any help on this would be great.

Hey, thanks for that info. I wasn't sure , so I figured I'd ask , maybe some of you folks have done some swaps. In the future I'm thinking of changing it a fwd.

Hey, new here and to the mj. Any info on swapping body parts would be helpful.I assume they are the same from the doors forward.I picked up an 89' mj about a month ago for $150.00, but the nose and doors are junk.I have an 84' xj that will hopefully be the doner. Any info would help. thanks
