They have to hosted somewhere... and then once they are up somewhere you use the IMG tag arround the URL of .JPG file...

 

I use a proggy called "Shup" that allows you to direct uploaded (Right click on the file and Shup shows up as an option) to a few different Pic hosting sites (I use Imageshack thru Shup)

Upload at a site like picturetrail.com and bring the pic's address here. Highlight it and click on the IMG tag. It's pretty simple once you get the hang of it. :cheers:
