Thing of it is, this cherokee has almost 175,000 miles on it, a Rubicon Express 3.5" lift, 31" tires and the guy I talked to said he put the lift on himself. Just wanna get some of your ideas on what I should be concerned about with this many miles on the vehicle. I just want a vehicle to be reliable enough for me until I go in to the Navy next Feb/March. 90PioSport99 Posted April 23, 2008 Share Posted April 23, 2008 96+ Cherokees have problems with driveshaft vibes when they're lifted. Especially at 3.5", I could see it having some pretty wicked vibrations. I lifted my 99 XJ 2.5" and it required a transfer case drop. Just another thing to be aware of.
