you can buy the gauge faces off ebay. there are a few different ones. also, gojeep has them in pdf format, BUT they don't fit quite perfect from what I've seen.

 

those ar e just plain white, the other option is backlit ones, which are easy to install but require just a small amount of wiring knowledge.
