90 Renix stumbles

There seem to be more Renix folks here than at NAXJA...

 

90 XJ 4.0 runs pretty good most of the time. But. Just as you step on the gas, or add a little more throttle while driving down the street. Other than that, it runs good. Ideas?

as well as checking fuel filter, plugs, the basics if they aren't new.
