BlackMJ90 Posted yesterday at 01:20 AM Share Posted yesterday at 01:20 AM Hi there, I need to replace some of the freeze plugs on the driver side of my MJ and I will have the manifolds and injector rail off and so I am revisiting installing the Bosch injectors from a Volvo. I know that’s been covered a TON on here, but what I can’t seem to find a definitive answer on is whether installing these injectors would interfere with CA smog testing in any way. I really don’t want to spend the money on the upgrade only for it to fail the next t smog test it needs. This is the whole reason I have not yet just done the upgrade. any advise is welcome! fiatslug87 Posted yesterday at 03:07 AM Share Posted yesterday at 03:07 AM I run the volvo injectors in all three of mine, no problems with smog testing in CA. My ‘88 with the volvo injectors and a new cat.
