Windshield washing system

Hi everyone, my jeep has almost all the windshield washing system missing the one that sprays cleaningn liquid over the windshield, so i was wondering if it is easier to adapt the system from a more recent XJ like a 98 or 99, cuz i think it will be easier to find, and in better conditions. Has anyone done this before?

You can do that but the reservoir is inside the driver side fender so you have to cut a hole in the inner fender. There’s a write-up I’ll look for it.

@Jossue Do you have the 4.0L or 2.5L engine? The 2.5L coolant overflow bottle may interfere with the 97+ bottle, just something to consider.

I have the 4.0L
