JIMMYRIG Posted August 4 Share Posted August 4 Sup y’all A while back I did a zj disc converion with junkyard parts and never got around to hooking up my ebrake. It’s getting annoying. Are there cables out there on the market that are just plug and play from equalizer to backing plate? I’m tired of doing all this JIMMYRIGGING even though it’s in the name. ghetdjc320 Posted August 4 Share Posted August 4 There are. The best I’ve used so far is a pair of explorer cables. You need two of either the left or right sides. ghetdjc320 Posted August 4 Share Posted August 4 Here is the one you need: XL2Z2A635AB It’s a 2001 explorer RHD right side. It should be about 51” which is about 3” longer than stock.
