Doesn’t matter the shape so long it’s not terribly rusted. Yes I could get a new one or upgrade but I’m on a tight budget right now and a used one will suffice. The biggest gotcha I had to deal with when installing a new booster was the booster rod was not adjusted from factory. You need to adjust it or else it will be fully seated and never engage with the master cylinder and thus you will have no brakes even with a new part.
