Carb tuning

Hello, I have a 2.8L MJ with a weber carb and was wondering if anyone knows if I'm supposed to tighten this cable and or the parts used to secure these two cables in place.

What does all of that go to? I’m guessing one of them is your TV cable for your transmission.

Here are some better photos. I'm not sure where the routing goes. I can check on the weekend when I get back to the jeep. The top cable routes to the front of the jeep and the lower too the firewall. Thanks

I’m going to guess that the loose one is the lockdown cable for the transmission, if it’s an automatic. If it shifts fine, I’d leave it. Tightening or loosening the cable will change the shift points.
