Replaced the HVAC blower motor and resistor. It still doesn’t blow.

I replaced the HVAC blower motor and resistor and air still doesn’t blow out the vents. The blower fuse is good and the associated connectors to the motor and resistor are in-tact. Any suggestions on why the blower motor does not turn on? It DOES NOT turn on in any position from low to high.

The motor is not getting voltage

I’m going to check the ground connection.

use independent power to check the ground and independent groud to check for power.  check for power at each step in that chart, including both sides of the fuse.
