"Big Ton" Sticker size needed

As the title states, I am looking for the measurements of the "Big Ton" sticker that goes on the back glass. If you can take a clear picture of it head on too (Maybe use a piece of paper on the inside of the glass for crisp contrast), that would be awesome.
 

Long story short, my wife has a Cricket and I want her to make me a sticker for my truck which will eventually have a MT springs and D44.

My BIG TON sticker measures 4-3/16" X 1-3/16", measured from outside to outside of the red border. I snapped a couple photos. Hope it helps!
