AC Relay blown/Kluged setup

I'm determined to fix the AC in this truck, and I've found out that the AC relay is blown. The catch is,  this truck didn't have AC from the factory, but was installed by possibly a dealer(?) sometime after it was purchased.

 

Here's some pictures showing the setup, and the six-pin relay, and the part number. 

It seems like the radiator aux fan only runs when power is sent through this relay, (doesn't make sense to me either, I'm just trying to figure out what on earth is going on here haha )

 

How close is this to the stock setup? Is this relay used on all 92 xj's and mj's? I compared this to the system on a 2001 xj, and it's totally different, but I don't know if that's because a lot changed between 96 and 97, or if mine is just a solitary mess 

 

If this relay is in everyone's rigs (that has AC), anyone know where to find it? No parts/hardware shops around here have relays like this one.
