camper shell topper PICS

Recommended Posts

I have been running Spider trax Wheel spaces for the last 2 yrs, with absolutely ZERO issues. Yes I did retorque them after a few miles, and used red loc-tite on them. The down side to them is they were kinda pricey at 125 a pair.
Holy moly! You used RED Loc-Tite?

What'cha gonna do when you need to change a hub/bearing unit, or replace the rear brake shoes? I think I would have started with purple, and maybe progressed up to blue if the purple didn't work. I don't use red on anything.

I am only running the spacers on the rear. Also since I am running the 8.8 it is real easy to get to the brake lines. Factor in the no bed... and it don't matter. Spidertrax recommends using the red, and even sends a small tube of it with the spacers. Like I said I have never had an issue with them coming loose

I don't know who makes it. I was driving thru a parking lot and another Comanche went by and waved me down. He said "I never see any of these." We talked for a bit and he said he wanted to sell his cap and I bought it for $75!
