1988 Comanche Front Brakes

I am having problems getting my brake pads off my 1988 Comanche. I was able to get the inside off but no luck with the outside

If your caliper is off, then I would assume that the pad is siezed to the knuckle, because its just sitting there, without the caliper.

Give it a few smacks.

The pad is free in the caliper. I am having trouble getting the second one out of the caliper.

Same concept. With the caliper off, there isn't anything holding the pad there, outside of corrosion

I'm assuming it's the pot side of the caliper, there's a metal retainer on the pad that clips inside the cylinder. Just hit it from the other side until it comes out
