Tire Jack and Driver Handle

My 89 Comanche has a space saver spare and I see how it mounts under the box. I have no driver handle to operate the crank mechanism. That should be the same handle to operate the jack.

This jack was under the seat. Is this the correct jack that came with the truck?

If this is the correct jack then I need a driver handle that fits in this hole. Correct??

The crank for the spare and jack should be the same piece.

Anyone have a spare handle for sale?????

It looks like the same set up I had in my 1989 Ford F-150. I am sure there a few at my local pull-a-part. Give me starting point in my search.

Thanks for your help.

Looks similar to the one that came with my '88, however you'll notice mine has a lip all the way around the base. Could just be a minor difference over the years. You can see the folding jack handle in the photo too. It will operate the spare tire winch (the tapered end of the lug wrench works well also). The folding jack handle was used on the Cherokee's also, so you may find that at a junkyard. The jack is stowed under the rear seat in a Cherokee.

Thanks alot for the pic.........I have the clip for the lug wrench in my truck, was trying to figure out how the jack mounted to it.

All I am missing is the folding jack handle.

Ready for a trip to Pull-A-Part, now I know what I need.

You cleared my brain fog.......TKS

Having Comanche Fun,
