Oil Pan Support Bracket

Installing the Oil Pan after replacing the Rear-Main Seal.

 

The rear outer support bracket -

 

SUPPORT - J3243116

 

Does not have the rubber trim, like the photo below.

It is just the metal bracket.

 

Do I need to replace it with this one:
