Anyone in the Council Bluffs / Omaha area?

Looking for a good-guy local there to possibly hook me up in buying a craigslist item and ship it to me.  It's an antique, not real fragile, not a huge $$$ item, just something I collect.

 

I can paypal you the funds first.  Need the item sent back to me USPS.

 

The seller is in the dark ages -no internet, will only sell face-to-face, cash only.
