jon1998 Posted June 2, 2017 Posted June 2, 2017 How do I remove the link rod from my door lock cylinder? There is a bushing on the end of the rod, but it seems very difficult to pull off without bending the rod.
kansashogan Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 There is a clip you have to rotate. It clicks onto the rod. Once you unclick it you should be able to rotate it and then push the rod out of the hole. You should remove the door panel and even the window to make it easier. I just replaced mine and it was easy enough with them removed.
