DTA Posted March 25, 2017 Author Posted March 25, 2017 Power steering pressure switch.Thank you, but do you know exactly where it goes? I'm not seeing any sensor/switch to connect it to around the power steering area. Not very familiar with the 2.5l
Jeep Driver Posted March 25, 2017 Posted March 25, 2017 There should be a switch on the pressure line leaving the pump, if it's not there, someone replaced the line without a switch.

The idea was to raise the idle of the engine when the power steering sensed a strain. You haven't missed it. Cut mine off long ago.
