Electrical box ???

Been rewiring Rock Frog with the 96 ZJ harness. Everything is going together great, but can someone tell me what this box is with velcro what it does and maybe give me a wire diagram. Is it for the wipers? I have 4ways right and left turn signals headlights bright an dim ignition switch all wired up and working.

Yes, it's the intermittent wiper module. To have this feature you must have this module inline the column wiring harness and a multifunction switch in the column with the intermittent wiper feature (an extra wire).
