98 xj 4.0 ax15 valve chatter?

What's up fellas

Since I've picked up this 98 xj 5speed 175k miles...I've noticed a valve chatter? when warm...

Where it will chatter around 1800-2200 Rpms right where I'm about to shift into the next gear...

Under/over those Rpms the noise diminishes, and it doesn't do it when cold....

 

Anyone has any experience with This?

I've checked other forums and different scenarios, and YouTube to find the noise I'm having and with no luck...
