It would make a great set for a low budget slasher film. 

 

After seeing the pictures of the inside of the 'sleeper', I am guaranteed to have nightmares. I don't want to think about what's inside that cooler or what implements of death are in the bedside toolbox.

I'd be a whole lot more interested if he hadn't hacked the cab to make it walk-thru.  That's a major bummer.

 

Get rid of several hundred pounds of bolted-on "clutter" and over-built silliness and it'd be a pretty nimble and unique trail truck.  The drive-train and axles do make it pretty appealing though.
