It is complete drum to drum but does not include any brake components (backing plates and drums only). It looks clean, turns freely but I have not opened it up. Tag says 3.07 which would make sense as it was a 5 speed truck. Brake hard lines are not original. Price starts at $100 but is really best offer. I don't need the axle. If someone is really interested I'll open it up. I've got a collection of other XJ and MJ parts if someone is considering picking this up. Image Not Found Image Not Found Image Not Found
schardein Posted September 2, 2015 Author Posted September 2, 2015 Bump. Cleaned up the dirty threads on the yoke (for the u-joint) and added a couple bolts and a retaining strap from my parts pile, as they were missing.
schardein Posted December 29, 2015 Author Posted December 29, 2015 I opened this thing up over the weekend. Still has oil in it and everything looked good. Open carrier, 3.07 gears. Have pics of it open, including numbers on the ring gear.
