After market bucket seats and adaptor frames

Has anyone tried aftermarket buckets seats in a Comanche ??

Not exactly aftermarket, but I am currently adapting a set of re-furbished/newly recovered seats from a 79 El Camino to fit into my 89 Comanche. First major hurdle is to narrow the stock sliders on these to fit with-in the door to trans hump area. then adapt the original MJ bench floor mount brackets to the new seats. I hope to complete the project this weekend and post up some pics in my build thread. "89 MJ Slow Build"

Yes, you need to keep the floor brackets...then you can adapt just about any seat that fits between the hump and the door (or the console and door)
