brake shoes

Hey guys trying to save a little time. I need to replace brakes on my truck. I went to go pick up a set of brakes for front and back but was told that the back is available in 2 different sizes. Does anyone happen to know correct size for a dana 44 axle? I don't really want to have to pull it apart and measure and then have to put it back together to go get the shoes. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Jeep Comanche (MJ) (1986-1990) w/ Dana 44 Rear Axle w/ 10" drums. 10" x 2-1/2"    I think the 35 Rear Axle is 10" x 1-3/4" however on the 35 I herd some people have 10" x 2-1/2"

You didn't mention the year of the axle so I thought I would throw that out there. 

 

The Dana 35 can be 9" or 10"

The back axle I am assuming is still the stock one and it's an 89 dana 44.

 

 

On a side note. I saw an add for an 08 commander for a parts car. Is there anything on that that would work with our trucks? It said it have a 5.7 hemi in it.

Nothing directly crosses. It is basically a 2008 Grand Cherokee. If you want to do a hemit swap buying a complete vehicle is a smart way to go as you get everything.
