Is there any way to reach this without taking the manifold off?

 

Just trying to figure how long of a repair I am going to have to make it.

 

If so I'm just gonna swap out the CPS while I have it apart.

Yeah, from underneath, easy enough to get to from the underside. At least how I pulled mine. Then I moved it to the thermostat housing recently the last go around.
