shelbyluvv
Not to put down your camper shell or your thread... Some helpful advice if you will. Those universal aluminum shells are only worth what their weight in scrap is. I had one and couldn't get rid of it. I finally took it to the scrap yard and got $25 for the aluminum. If it was a fiberglass cab high MJ specific Leer or SnugTop then it would be worth $150 or so. I hope you don't take this the wrong way. I just don't want you to get your hopes up that you have some uber rare MJ specific shell.
Futurecomancheowner
That was my initial plan (to take it to scrap the thing) but I figured I'd just put it out there to see if anyone is interested. Thanks though for the info!
madmax
Hi: Last month I tried to sell a very nice aluminum topper that came with my 88 Comanche sport truck that I bought six weeks ago. I advertised it on Craigslist for $75, then $50, then $25. Had virtually no response or interest. I finally contacted a person who had expressed some interest in it and told him he could have it for free if came and got it, which he did. I was glad to get rid of it because my truck looks so much better without it. Taking the topper to the scrapyard is probably the best idea.
