A-man930
Totally spent 30 min looking into this thing trying to figure out my washer sprayers before I discovered this has nothing to do with the wipers What does "centering adj" have to do with cruise?! Dadinator
Yes it is. Beats me how to adjust. I removed mine.
Bobolink
There are three adjustments. 1) the minimum speed at which it will engage. 2) the centering adjustment 3) sensitivity The manual says to leave sensitivity at max (fully clockwise, I believe) The minimum speed adjustment will effect the centering adjustment, so it should be set first. The centering adjustment adjusts the set speed as compared to the speed you are travelling when you push the "set" button on the switch. If the speed increases when you set the cruise control, then you need to turn the centering trim a little counterclockwise, but if it slows from the set speed, you turn the centering adjustment a little clockwise. With a little experimenting. you can get it to cruise at the speed that you are going when you push the set button.
