Good luck finding a reasonably priced one anywhere online (prices go as high as 200 bucks for the thing) so I'd say your best bet would be a junkyard. Any 84-96 Cherokee with manual windows will have the part you need. I lucked out and found an almost brand new regulator in a '95 XJ that cost me 10 bucks and 30 minutes to pull. If you find one that's bolted in instead of riveted in, chances are it's been replaced.
