AeroNautical Posted August 30, 2014 Share Posted August 30, 2014 I had no idea they put cruise control on manual trucks, I'd think if you hit the clutch with it engaged it wouldn't take long for it to red line your engine, unless there was a safety for that. You need the appropriate column with cruise selector, control box, throttle diaphragm w bracket, brake and clutch sensors, enlarged vac. res. and absolutely ZERO vac. leaks.I'm still collecting parts and I'm sure that I missed something because I'm figuring it out as I go. I'm not sure what the control box looks like yet, I need to boogie to the JY and grab one from my fav. donor, but it should be basically a little servo that controls the diaphragm on the throttle.
