My Girlfriend has a 1994 Suzuki Sidekick 4 door 4x4, and I drove it for the first time yesterday.  The car drives great and everything works well enough for a 20 year old car, but the brakes are very, very soft.  They will stop the car but only start working at about 85% petal. I think flushing and bleeding the brakes would be a good start.

According to several other forums the rear is bled at the rear left tire and the Load Sensing Proportion Valve (LSPV). Then the front brakes are done as normal.

Any other thoughts or tips?

Thanks,
