Have been hanging around a lot on this forum ever since I got her this past summer and thought it was about time to finally join up. My MJ is a Laredo from 88. Been in the same family since purchased, used mostly for towing boats at their Suzuki dealership (where i work) until it was abandoned for a more modern Nissan. It'd been sitting on my boss's lawn for 4 years overgrown by bushes when I got it. He was so grateful that someone wanted to take it of his hands that I got it for free. I had been told it would occasionally die in traffic when you idled it down unless you used the pedal to keep it alive. Later found out it was the TPS with the help of you guys, been running great ever since I replaced it. Had too go through everything brake-related as well, were all stuck (surprise) from sitting and the hoses were pretty shot in places. New fluids, plugs, filter etc and she's been running great since. Other than that she's in reasonably good shape, not much rust but the paint's been totally cooked from always sitting outside and the interior needs a little tlc. Will get some better pictures when the she's not as snowed over but the weather isn't playing nice right now. I'll see you in the forums! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
