Lower Control Arm Adjuster..

Hey guys

I changed my caster on my comanche the other day and the part that the 2 nuts are attached to is stripped. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I think its called the clevis for the control arms.. Are there any out there that just sell those? Are they hard to install etc.
