Megadan
What is the length, pitch, size of the studs that mate the transfer case to the transmission? I searched and searched to no avail, and I am in great need of an answer so I can put my transmission together tomorrow.

Megadan
3/8"NC on the case itself,3/8"NF on the nut side. From sir google search I google searched about 5 different ways to word it and had no luck. I guess I just suck at the google. Don't know about your area, but my local ACE Hardware keeps them in stock under the heading "automotive studs". They might keep them in stock, but it's not likely that they show them in a system anywhere. Our Ace hardwares are fairly crap here, with exception to two stores that have good hardware selection.
