quick tire question

So i got a real good deal on some 31x10.5 bf goodrich a/t, and i was just wondering if anybody has any expierience with 31's and no lift. I plan on cutting the fenders, is there anything else to make a little bit of room. I'm lifting it about 3 inches soon, but i was just wondering if they will fit now? thanks

They WILL fit. No cutting necessary if you run stock Jeep rims. There will be slight rubbing on the lower control arms at full steering lock

Why not just do a quick and easy buget boost?

 

Pick up some 2" spacers and longer shackles. It'll look better and fit better too!!

 

As stated, most MJ's can run 31"s OK some not as well. It sll depends on spring sag and if ou articulate too much. Likely it will contact the lower control arms near full lock.

Eagle, I agree the "will" fit, but I try not to make those judgements with out first seeing the vehicle in person. I don't want to be the one responsible for ppl buying il fitting parts.

i am actually getting the tires from my brother in law for free, he is tading his truck in and i'm switching mine with his. I am going to be running a 3 inch lift soon, i just wanted to make sure the tires would fit ok now.
