Door Removal

I'm looking to make the doors on my 'manche easily removable. I was wondering if y'all had any tips on the best way to do this. Thanks for the help y'all.

Cut the hinges like this. Then you'll be able to lift the doors off.

So basically just cut the bottom portion of the hinge off? That simple? How easily does it lift off?

Lifts off easily with one person. Better to have two people though.

The drivers door is easier to do than the passenger. With the drivers door the hinge pin is pressed in from the top of the hinge while on the passenger side it's pressed in from the bottom. When I did mine I just pressed the pin out of the section I cut on the passenger side and pressed it in from the top to match the drivers side. After 4 years of wheeling I still have yet to see any sagging at the hinges. Best mod you can do for the money IMO.
