88 Manche Inline 4.0 Running Rough

I've only owned this truck for a few months and up until now it has been running flawlessly. A few weeks ago every once and a while it would start right up but idle very rough. Sounds almost like a 350 with a racing cam in it. When I step on the gas it barely does anything..doesn't idle up but just burps a little more. Then after a few minutes, out of nowhere, it smooths out and runs like nothing happened for hours at a time. The kicker is that it isnt consistently happening all of the time. I took some throttle body/idler sensors and connections off today..cleaned them up with some throttle body cleaner but had no luck in making it run any better. Any ideas out there guys?

Yep. Click on the link in my signature and do the ground refreshing and C101 cleaning to begin with. Pull a plug and see how it looks. They're due for plugs, wires, cap and rotor every 30,000 miles.
