mpace6a Posted June 13, 2013 Share Posted June 13, 2013 Truck needs a fuel pump...just burnt up my 4th mr gasket electric pump...this one actually lasted me 5 months. Tired of dealing with crappy ones, looking at getting a holly and a fuel pressure regulator. Anyone have any experience with them? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can't personally speak on reliability since I only just got the truck a few weeks ago, but the PO had it installed when the engine was rebuilt several years ago. You can hear it kick on when you turn the key, but other than that quiet (or at least I can't hear it over the truck). Seems to be nicer than whatever the one was I had installed in one of my old K-10s, that thing was noisy and was removed from the truck for that reason alone.
