jeepsouth Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 Weld broke again on my clutch pedal this time i removed it ,and rewelded it as it should have been from the factory. Here it is And with a coat of paint.
Biotex Posted March 28, 2013 Posted March 28, 2013 I just did a buddies a couple of days ago. I just figured it was a fluke that his was not welded all the way around. Seems that it was SOP to " tack" them. BTW: nice weld! good penetration...

The first time i just ran a short bead with everything in place so didn't realize how wimpy it really was.
