comanche1989
Never use easy outs. If they break you're in big trouble. Are you talking about the two bolts that connect the manifold to the downpipe? You should be able to grind them flat then drill them out.The exhaust manifold is fairly easy to replace, but somewhat time consuming. Get yourself a Chiltons and it should be able to completely explain the whole process. Make sure to spray all bolts with a penetrating catalyst like pb blaster a couple times before attempting to remove bolts!

comanche1989
If the bolt heads are completely broken off, you can still remove the the manifold. Then it might be possible after a few days of soaking in pb blaster to put a big pair of vice grips on them and remove them. As long as the threads aren't stripped buy new bolts and you should be okay! If you are unable to remove them with vice grips, I would suggest removing the head and either buy a new or used head or bring the head to a machine shop to get the bolts drilled out. Htchevyii
I have had good luck welding a nut to broken off bolts, (weld thru the inside of the nut).
