My opinion is with uppers as well you could go 6"+, but there becomes a point where the amount of lift doesn't justify the performing characteristics of short arms, if that makes sense. I'm at ~5" with only my LCAs changed out, but I'd definitely prefer to have new uppers, and would not mind going to long arms if I go any higher.
