1989 Eliminator
Just wondering if Rustys throttle body spacer makes any significant difference in performance/gas mileage? Worth buying? and here are some pics of some red LEDS I put in my instrument panel!
cody4359
don't wast your $$, never felt or noticed any gains with my poweraid TB spacer. i did notice a SLIGHT power increase with a bored out TB and close to 1 mpg gain. i also put on a banks torque tube and noticed a decent low end increase. over all id say save your money for gears/tires/lockers and skip the small bolt ons. 505 performance has a few cams that have always caught my eye tho

I'm not going to do big performance upgrades yet since I'm going to college, but a cam is defiantly going on in the future. and just a suggestion, I work for Mahle Engine performance and they have an aftermarket division and the make complete kits. pistons, rings, rods, cams and its all high quality. Check it out if ya want. you can't actually order from them though. Only from part distributors.
Bounty Hunter
Does Rusty's make a spacer for the '89? I wouldn't waste my money unless it increases the diameter of the intake, like a 62mm throttle body and spacer.
