jimoshel Posted July 17, 2012 Share Posted July 17, 2012 There's a dearth of information here on swapping a Renix 4.0 out for a HO 4.0. There is nothing on swapping 2.5's. Or maybe I just couldn't find it. I have a '94XJ with a 2.5, AX15, I'm going to swap into a '87MJ, AX4, also a 2.5. I'm planning on setting the 2 engines side by side and trading anything that looks different between them. The XJ is 4WD and the MJ is 2WD which is why I'm not swapping trannys also.
