If a JY dealer hands me one how can I know its for an AX15 and not AX5? I understand one is taller than the other but these things don't have part numbers for me to verify but with only one in hand how do you know? MJRemi Posted July 15, 2012 Share Posted July 15, 2012 I don't have a AX5 tower but I do have the adapter to make a AX15 tower taller for the AX5 transmission. The adapter is 8mm in thickness so the 5 is taller than the 15. Correction: I used a wooden ruler to measure and double checking the accuracy, the adapter may be 9mm but I don't have calipers to confirm.
