jas2861 Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 I have a 1990 Jeep Comanche Pioneer 4x4 4.o and I need either a good torque converter or a whole aw4 transmission. I have been all over the net looking and had one lined up in Pittsburgh.... Guy jerked me around and now I am back to looking. I really can't afford more than $100 for whole trans. My jeep has been sitting for 4 months cause of this. I had to swap some other parts but this is all I need. Anything is appreciated. I have a front end axle that probably needs bearings that I would trade. Or I have some 31" tires.... or some steel 15" rims.
mvusse Posted June 27, 2012 Posted June 27, 2012 Got a good AW4 with a good torque converter in Strasburg, OH. You can have it for $100. It's a 2wd one out of a 96 XJ, but that shouldn't affect the torque converter.
