pwrliftin
I changed my Gauge cluster over because I wanted one with a tach. My old one just had the big fuel gauge, but it was "empty" when I fueled up and would move towards the "Full" side as I drove. Now that I have changed clusters, it still does this. I figured it wouldn't help, but I try to keep a little false hope. Any ideas?
jeepdoggydogB
Maybe the Fuel sender in your vehicle is out of a 91-96?
pwrliftin
Possibly. The previous owners(not sure how many have had my truck before me) did a lot of electrical stuff to it. Every time I'm home from college I chunk away at the wire nest under my dash. It's ridiculous.

Check out Don's (Hornbrod) posts in this thread. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=15936&p=163194&hilit=fuel+sender#p163194

pwrliftin
I saw in your sig. that you have the helcreek MT pack. Did they give you much lift or keep you roughly stock?
jeepdoggydogB
The RE 3.5 and Hell Creek MT with 3 inches of lift both actually gave me around 3.75 inches of lift after they both settled. Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions
