jimoshel
I need a set of hub adapters. I do not need the lock out hub. Just the piece of aluminum that bolts to the hub and the lockout hub bolts to it.Or I will take the cap that permanently bolts to the hub and axle stub. carnuck
Those are called drive slugs. The locking hubs allow for less fuel consumption on the highway when unlocked (at least with my 6 cyl they did) and they also allow you to put your rig in 4 lo with them unlocked for more pulling power with a trailer as a 2wd. jimoshel
I have a snow plow mounted on the truck and it never leaves the yard. I'm only interested in traction. Not fuel economy. When needed I swap the adapters between the two J20's and that gets to be a PITA so I want a adapter or a slug. I didn't know they were called that.
