Cosmetic condition doesn't matter as the two I currently have are very rough and need help. I do not need center caps. I am located in Kansas City and willing to drive/meet quite a distance.

That's quite a distance though....... :D Now, if you were to swing down to Hutchinson KS on your way and deliver the MJ to me that "starkizer" is selling......
